• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
  
  
• All vehicles must be cleared of personal belongings before service begins.
  
  
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
  
  
• Service times may vary depending on vehicle condition, weather, or unforeseen delays.
  
  
• We may assign a trained technician or subcontractor to complete your detailing.
  
  

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  
  
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged in full.
  
  
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or technician availability.
  
  

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile components, or post-service issues outside of our control.
  
  
• Engine bay cleaning is performed only at the client’s request and risk.
  
  
• Battery failure due to interior or exterior lights left on is not our responsibility.
  
  
• We take precautions but cannot guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, or odors.
